This fits great and I like that it's soft so it adds a little cushion to the grip. Clips on and off my belt perfectly. My only complaints would be that the clear plastic window is too reflective. For the price they charged for this, they should have added a matte window. And where they put a velcro closure, they should have put a snap instead. It's been my experience that velcro doesn't last long when you get dirt and sand in it, especially for the reasons I use my GPS, hiking and geocaching. Over all, I like it.
Just recently purchased this case for my PN-40 and it's incredible! Durable and Smooth neoprene covers the unit with what feels like a sturdy and strong plastic covering the screen. I have unimpeded use of my buttons. It came with a belt clip as well as a caribener! This will make it super easy to clip it to my pack strap, to my belt, or anything. Also, on the top of the cover there is an opening for those of us who still like to use the laynard. Highly recommened to anyone who would like to protect their investment.
